I slacked last week because of Easter...so I'm back on track now!

Here are some of the activities we're going to do this week (on top of the ABC stuff we're already doing)

(we will at least start to paint the popsicle sticks this week)

Now, some updates:
We did designer bag bingo last Friday.  I am not huge on designer stuff, but it was just something fun to do.  However, when I walked in, I spotted this super cute carry on type bag...leopard print!  Everyone in the group said that if anyone won it, they'd give it to me.  It's now happily residing in my home.  Thanks, Danny!

I made some super cool Harry Potter mugs and sold 5 of them in one day!  Waiting for some more white mugs to get stocked so I can make more!

The Easter Bunny hooked Delilah up big time!  Necklace, Kinder eggs, chocolate, The Little Engine that Could, water color paints, water color crayons, and a water color pad!

Only the coolest Easter baskets have Kinder eggs

Had Easter dinner with our friends and it was wonderful.

Ordered Delilah a big girl bike and Ben put it together after working an incredibly long day AND picking up new people from the airport.  Didn't get home until 8pm.

KMCC did a (very tiny) Comicon, and Delilah was absolutely stoked to see some Star Wars characters.

My little sweetie at the Comicon.
I'm making a Storm Trooper blanket!

Did a workout at the gym this morning, so my legs will be wrecked tomorrow.  Just got back in from taking Delilah to her first bike riding lesson.  She was doing AWESOME...and then she fell.
"There's blood!"
"The wheels are broken!"
"Why did this happen?!"
After I cleaned her up and put bandaids:
"I think I can walk now."

Love that girl.
Love this sunshine.
Love my life.

Food and working out.

SUNDAY!  I love Sundays.  It's my day to wake up and relax with my sweet little family before hitting the gym for legs and butt.  Then...I get to go back home to my sweet family. It's pretty wonderful.
Keeping track of what we are doing in the gym now as well as what we are eating.  Time to get real serious.
This was our workout today. Would have ended with a HIIT 10 minute session, but we were both fatigued, and I was a bit dehydrated.  Solution by Ben, get a nice bottle to take to the gym.

Delilah and Ben have been spending some time together and it has been quite wonderful for their relationship.  I love it!

Ben is asleep right now, taking a nap before he has to wake up for the Superbowl.  See, as you all enjoy the game at a reasonable hour, us folks in Germany have to wait until 12:30am for kickoff.  Needless to say, I have no stakes in either team, so I will be sleeping through it.  Kinda stinks to not have a Superbowl party like we usually do, but I think living here in Europe is a fair trade most of the time.

Nothing too exciting going on for me this week.  I am going to REALLY try and dedicate some time cleaning out the craft room downstairs.  It's become a catchall for crap we don't want to go through, and it's a big waste of space right now.  I could move Delilah's kitchen and toys to that room and make the guest room less "kiddish" if I could just get in gear and get it cleaned out.

Weekly stuff going on:
German grocery store
Food prepping for the week
Baking with Delilah
Review A, B, C, Continue with D-H
Gym 2-3 times
Library
Register pets
Gymnastics
Dance
Craft room
Painting order

Possibly Star Wars monopoly this weekend!

And now...for the food:

Breakfast:
Waffle and strawberries
Greek yogurt with PB2&honey
Cereal

Lunch:
Quinoa salad (w/Greek yogurt, black beans, and avocado)
Breakfast quesedilla
Leftovers

Dinner:
BBQ chicken thighs (in crockpot)

Snacks:
Vitamix fruit "ice cream"

That's all I have in me to write right now.  I'm exhausted.  It's been a long, tiring week.

I've been working on trying to get the nursery sort of cleaned out to get ready for the crib and dresser/changer.  They should be delivered anytime between tomorrow and Thursday!  I'm at a standstill right now though because we need to get someone over to help Ben move a couple big pieces of furniture out of the nursery and into the garage.
As soon as I get the furniture set up, I can figure out what size paintings I need to do as well as where I want to put it.  Right now, I'm stuck.  The furniture delivery people should be calling me back soon to set up a time to deliver.

I did get one thing put up in the nursery!

I'm wanting to bake, but if I do, I send it to work with Ben.  Usually, that wouldn't be a problem, but there are some people on his shift now that I'm not totally fond of...and I don't want them to enjoy homemade goodies.  I'm sure that makes me sound like a jerk, but I don't really care.  I've got pineapple upside down cake I could make as well as pecan bars.

I'm ready for fall weather.
I'm ready for fall baking.
I'm ready for fall clothes.

I'm also ready to find out whether or not I'm going to get a full time teaching position.  There's a freeze right  now on telling people if they've been hired.  Basically, the district is trying to figure out if they can just transfer people around and make classrooms fuller rather than have to hire new teachers. I know that some of my friends in the district are stressing out because they have WAY too many kids in the classroom to be effective for each student.  It's sad, but that's what happens when the district goes broke and the state has no money to help...and there are wasted jobs in higher up areas of the district.  Eh.  Oh well.
