I'm trying to be good and come up with more than the normal stuff we always have for dinner, so here's what I've come up with:
(Keep in mind, Ben is a picky eater, and this actually proves to be a difficult task)
Monday: Ground turkey meatloaf with baked potatoes.
Tuesday: BBQ chicken packets (chicken baked in foil with BBQ sauce, pineapple, and onion) served with brown rice.
Wednesday: Ben's chili with cornbread
Thursday: Jambalaya served over white rice
Friday: Leftover jambalaya
Saturday: If we don't go out, jalapeno stuffed chicken breasts served with broccoli.
Sunday: Breakfast
Hopefully everything turns out well. I also have stuff to make nacho chicken bake, tacos (but we have those ALL the time), and quesadillas.
